In the municipality of Santa Maria di Ricadi, just 12 km south of Tropea and directly on the sea, overlooking a small sandy bay interspersed with rocks. Consisting of a series of masonry bungalows distributed along paths and stairways that slope down, among the greenery, towards the sea, it retains a rustic aspect, which fits harmoniously between the Mediterranean scrub, tall trees and bushes of figs and figs. Suitable for an informal clientele, it offers very simple accommodation but with air conditioning, an enchanting and privileged view due to its proximity to the sea, a panoramic swimming pool, entertainment and tranquility.
BEACH The village slopes gently towards a small sandy beach alongside which there is an area of ​​rocks. In the part closest to the beach are the Mare Apartments, going up there are all the common areas, therefore, placed in rows to go up, the Two-room apartments with 3 + 1 beds and then the Three-room apartments with 4 + 1 beds. Beach service included: 1 umbrella and 2 deck chairs per apartment.

APARTMENTS Essentially furnished, they are all on the ground floor with independent entrance and shaded veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining; they are terraced in a sloping position towards the sea and have air conditioning , kitchenette, bathroom with shower. All types can accommodate 1 free extra bed upon request. Two-room apartment with 3 beds : 36 m2, living room with kitchenette and a low bed, double bedroom, two bathrooms. Possibility of a free 4th bed in the living room or in the double bedroom. Three-room apartment with 4 beds : 36 sqm, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms which can be both double or twin, a bathroom; possibility of adding a 5th bed in the living room or in one of the bedrooms. Two-room / Three-room apartments 4/6 Sea beds : living room with kitchenette, 1 or 2 double bedrooms, living room with 1 or 2 beds, a bathroom; located 20 meters from the sea.

SERVICES Swimming pool for adults with children’s pool equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds (subject to availability), snack bar, children’s play area, small square with small theater for entertainment, TV room; unattended parking partially outside (1 parking space per apartment). Minimarket with basic necessities in the fishing village 150 meters along the beach, supermarkets about 1 km reachable by bus with a stop at 200 meters. Adjacent to the village, on the beach, are the Pizzeria Arethusa Mare and the restaurant Peppino il pescatore , excellent for fish, both with take-away service. At 200 meters from the village, reachable with a short walk on the beach, there is the stop of the buses that connect the supermarket and the main towns in the area (Capo Vaticano, Santa Domenica, Tropea).

CLUB CARD Includes: beach service, entertainment with games on the beach and in the pool, evening entertainment, swimming lessons, sedentary tournaments, miniclub. Until 24.06 and from 09.09 the Club Card includes only the beach service and the use of the swimming pool.

STAYS: Saturday / Saturday or Sunday / Sunday from 05.08 to 26.08, free at least 5 nights in the other periods; the accommodations will be delivered from 17:00 (from 14:00 for midweek arrivals) to 22:00 and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. COMPULSORY COSTS TO PAY ON ARRIVAL: Club Card: € 35 per week for adults and € 28 per week for children 4-10 years from 25.06 to 10.09, € 50 per week per apartment in other periods. Service package: € 70 per week per apartment, for energy consumption, Final cleaning: € 60 per apartment (kitchenette cleaning by the customer). Deposit: € 100. OPTIONAL SUPPLEMENTS: Air conditioning: can be activated in all apartments, with an extra cost to be paid on the spot as per the electricity meter. Bed linen € 15 for large bed and € 10 for single bed, towel set: € 15 per kit. Cot rental for children 0-3 years € 70 per week. Daily guest: € 10 per day, € 20 if overnight. Pets: only small dogs (maximum 7 kg) allowed, to be reported when booking; they will be able to circulate inside the village only on a leash and will not be able to access the common areas. TOURIST TAX : as per municipal regulations.

STAYS: minimum 2 nights free. The apartments will be delivered from 12:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Single supplement: €10 per day. 1 child up to 6 years free, breakfast included. INCLUDED IN THE RATES: accommodation in a two-room apartment with private bathroom and fridge (without kitchenette), bed linen and towels changed every 3 days, initial and final cleaning of the room, first continental breakfast at the village bar (milk and coffee, tea, cappuccino, biscuits with butter and jam, croissants, fruit juices, yoghurt, comflakes), use of the swimming pool. OPTIONAL COSTS: Air conditioning: can be activated in all apartments with a supplement to be paid on site according to consumption from the meter (€1 per kw + deposit of €100).
